Your Role

As a Junior Marketer, you’ll be the creative energy behind our marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll translate our vision into the right tone of voice, delivered through the right channels at the right time. Whether it’s writing compelling content or launching lead-gen campaigns, you’ll be at the heart of our growth.

To start, your focus will be hands-on execution — content creation, social media, campaigns, events — but in time, we want you to grow into a more strategic role, taking ownership of our marketing roadmap and positioning across Europe.

You’ll work closely with the CCO and form part of a compact, ambitious team alongside sales and the product team.

What You'll Do

• Create high-impact content (blogs, customer stories, whitepapers, social posts)
• Launch and manage targeted digital campaigns to drive leads
• Help shape and refine our positioning in Europe
• Manage and improve our website and social channels (SEO/SEA/LinkedIn)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
• Support in organizing events, webinars, and trade shows
• Collaborate with sales, product team, and external partners

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (or an internship where you truly owned your work)
• Strong writing skills — clear, engaging, and persuasive in both English and Dutch
• Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads (or eager to learn)
• Interest in B2B and tech; you understand marketing is more than “just posting”
• You're creative, hands-on, and full of ideas — but also get things done
• You’re eager to grow into a strategic role and take real ownership
